How do I add or delete my credit card details?
Credit card payment is the default and most convenient payment method on FoodByUs.
Your credit card details will be requested when you open an account with us. You may update these details anytime after your account is created.
NOTE: To help keep your financial details secure, FoodByUs does not save or store your credit card or bank account details. Rather, we keep a token (a non-sensitive reference to your credit card or bank account details) which is then linked to your FoodByUs Account.
Your payment provider issues this token to FoodByUs as an option for you to use the same credit card or bank account details in future transactions. This token eliminates the need for us to store any sensitive financial information in our system. |
To add or delete your credit card details:
Step 1: Launch your FoodByUs sign-in page.
Step 2: Enter your FoodByUs registered e-mail address and password, then click on “SIGN IN”.
Step 3: From your dashboard, go to Finance then click on the arrow beside it.
Step 4: Click on Payment Methods.
Step 5: Then click on Delete.
Step 6: Confirm that you’d like to delete the card; hit Delete.
Your credit card details are now deleted.

Maintaining at least one valid credit card (with sufficient credit) in your account is strongly advised. If not, you won’t be able to check out your purchases; and refunds (if any) will not be processed. |
To add a credit card to your account:
Step 7: Hit Add Credit Card.
Step 8: Input your valid credit card details, then hit Save.
Your credit card details are now saved.
