As ideal as it is for all FoodByUs suppliers to serve your area, geographic limitations do come into play. As such, it’s important for you to tag your correct FoodByUs registered suburb whenever you place an order. Failing to do so could spell the difference between a successful delivery or a failed delivery.
To tag your FBU-registered suburb:
Step 1: Launch your FoodByUs sign-in page.
Step 2: Enter your FoodByUs registered e-mail address and password, then click on “SIGN IN”.
Step 3: From your dashboard, click on Search.
Step 4: Enter the suburb or postcode of your FoodByUs registered address.
Then click on your registered location to confirm.
Your correct location tag should now reflect.
Step 5: Click on your category of choice. For instance, Dairy & Eggs.
The list of suppliers is now filtered, based on your suburb and postcode.
Step 6: Click on your supplier of choice.
Step 7: Start shopping from their store by adding items to your cart.
Or, you may also find new suppliers via the global footer link which appears on all pages of FoodByUs.
To find new suppliers via the global footer link “Find New Suppliers”:
Step 8: From your main dashboard, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.
Step 9: Click on Find New Suppliers.
Step 10: Enter the suburb or postcode of your FoodByUs registered address.
Then click on your registered location to confirm.
Your correct location tag should now reflect.
Step 11: Click on your category of choice. For instance, Dairy & Eggs.
The list of suppliers is now filtered, based on your suburb and postcode.
Step 12: Click on your supplier of choice.
Step 13: Start shopping from their store by adding items to your cart.
Step 14: Like the supplier to add them to your list of favourites.
And find them quickly next time within My Suppliers.
