A standing order is a way to keep the same order happening recurrently, always arriving on the same week day, same time, with the same products. But don’t worry, once set, you can always skip or amend it before it is placed, so you’re never caught out.
Setting standing orders is easy via your dashboard. You only need to set it once, and your products will keep coming for as long as you wish, always with a text message confirmation.
Creating a standing order*:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Tap “Standing Orders” on the menu bar
- Tap Create New - Choose “select from a past order”
- Then:
- Select the order you wish to receive recurrently
- Choose the frequency: weekly or fortnightly
- Select the delivery start date
- Select the delivery window
- Select Payment Method
- Tap Enable (blue button on the left)
