How do I view my order?

Your orders appear in your dashboard under two sections: 

• Upcoming Orders - for orders which suppliers have yet to confirm and/or deliver; and
• Past Orders - for delivered orders 

Step 1:  Launch your FoodByUs sign-in page.

Step 2: Enter your FoodByUs registered e-mail address and password, then click on “SIGN IN”.

Step 3: Once you’re logged in, you will find a summary of your Upcoming Orders in your Admin dashboard.

Step 4: Find the order reference # (which starts with “SYD” or “MEL”) of the order you’d like to view.

Or click on “View”.

This will take you to the order’s page.

Here, you’ll find the following details about your order:

1. Date and time created
2. Status (Pending, Confirmed, Complete, Rejected)
3. Delivery date and time
4. Name of Supplier and contact number
5. Products ordered (including quantity, weight and price)
6. Total price
7. Your delivery details
