Where can I view or find my upcoming or past orders?
Your orders appear in your dashboard under two sections:
- Upcoming Orders - for orders which suppliers have yet to confirm and/or deliver; and
- Past Orders - for delivered orders (in the last 10 days)
A. Viewing your upcoming orders
Step 1: Launch your FoodByUs sign-in page.
Step 2: Enter your FoodByUs registered e-mail address and password, then click on “SIGN IN”.
Step 3: Once you’re logged in, scroll down to Upcoming Orders in your dashboard for a summary of your current orders.
NOTE: “No upcoming orders found” will show if you have no current orders. |
Step 6: Perform any of the following actions on your Pending and Confirmed orders, as needed:
- View it;
- Reorder the exact same item(s);
- Amend or change it; or
- Create a Standing Order (i.e. a recurring order automatically placed for you and scheduled for delivery at X number of times of your chosen days of the week)
For Confirmed orders, only:
- Submit an issue report by clicking on “I need help”.
NOTE: Issues may only be reported within 24 hours of your order’s delivery/ due date. So be sure to check all items as soon as your order arrives. |
Step 7: Choose which order you’d like to see, then click on “View”.
This will launch your order’s page.
An order is pending when the supplier has yet to view it and sort the items for delivery.
An order is confirmed when it’s ready for delivery.
B. Viewing your past orders
From your dashboard, you will find your past orders under your upcoming orders.
You may perform any of the following actions on a past order:
- View it;
- Reorder the exact same item(s);
- Create a Standing Order (i.e. a recurring order automatically placed for you and scheduled for delivery at X number of times of your chosen days of the week); or
- Report an issue with your order (within 24 hours upon delivery) by clicking on “I need help”
Step 1: Choose which order you’d like to see, then click on “View”.
This will launch your order’s page where you will see all the details about the following:
- All the items you ordered, with their quantity and total cost;
- Supplier’s contact information;
- Your transaction; and
- Delivery details
